Delighted to have been joined yesterday by Andy Mason, Divisional Chairman at Keepmoat Homes.

Great to hear how Keepmoat have ridden the challenges presented by Covid 19 and safely returned its staff to work to deliver fantastic homes for their customers.

The business continues to pride itself on fast-tracking and developing talent (75% of current Directors and MDs in the business have been via internal promotions). This people-centric approach clearly has a positive impact on business performance with regions expanding over the next 12-24 months.

Alongside business we covered the pressing topics of running with dogs and the NBA play-off final (LeBron vs Jordan as the GOAT?).

Despite the uncertainty of recent months it's clear that the business is very well set to take advantage of continued demand, particularly amongst first time buyers, and with a strong financial position and depth of relationships with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and Homes England, Keepmoat will continue to excel in supporting the UK wide effort to deliver the increased housing supply so desperately needed.
