Green Exercise and Ultramarathons

The world is an increasingly hectic place, our lives are more and more time-starved and our relationship with nature dwindling.
I appreciate the need for convenience often drives our actions; a quick stride out on the treadmill or a blast on the static bike in-between a full day of Teams calls but βgreen exerciseβ offers us so much more! π³
Just think of that boost in Vitamin D, the reduction in chronic stress and anxiety, improved sleep, mindfulness and a lift in performance, be that sporting or otherwise!
Boris Worrall and I are still chasing respective PBs but thatβs fine. Being goal-orientated in life makes for great fun as a runner!
