CIH Canal Run (Manchester)

Do not adjust your screens.

Amidst all the networking, boozy lunches and parties, no doubt fatigue is kicking in and you'd be forgiven for thinking that New Kids on the Block had reunited for a one off gig at Manchester Arena.

It was, in fact, a well earned recovery run to shake off the shackles and start the day in style.

Big thanks to David Morgan, Ceri Theobald and Christopher Timmins for making the early start and joining me for a jaunt along the Bridgewater Canal yesterday. Good to bump into Boris Worrall fresh from his run also! 👍🏼

Shout out also to Martin Smithurst for joining me later for another outing and a catch up on marathon training and crap 90s football!
